Please complete the following form for your parish’s commodity committee nominations for 2026-2027. 

Complete the form by adding each nominee’s full name, address, cell phone number (including area code), e-mail address, and Farm Bureau membership number.  Please verify that the nominee is an actual producer of the commodity and willing to serve the committee for which he/she is nominated. Parishes are no longer limited to only 3 nominees, but please nominate those who will make an effort to attend and engage. Parish President signature is required, verifying the parish has taken up these nominations for consideration.

Nominations are finalized at the August LFBF Board meeting, but are needed prior to convention should a committee vote be required.  The intent of these committees is to advise Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation’s Board of Directors and staff on issues related to their commodities. Make nominations to serve on each commodity committee that are important to your parish.  All nominees are not guaranteed to be selected by the State Board of Directors.

• The deadline to submit your parish nominations is Friday, May 1, 2026.
